Master Thatchers South was established in 1984. We are one of the leading thatching companies in Sussex and the South East. We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our work but also our ability to keep inconveniences to the customer to a minimum.
We provide a reliable and trustworthy service using fully trained and insured local thatchers and the best quality materials.
Since 1984 we have worked predominantly in Sussex, Surrey and West Kent with a few forays into Cornwall, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.
We have also thatched new build properties from Milton Keynes to the Netherlands and fulfilled contracts for The National Trust and Local Authorities. We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance cover with the NFU.
We are proud members of The National Society of Master Thatchers. Membership of the Society is through proposal and sponsorship by an existing member, followed by peer review.
